NWFB Dennis Dart 10.7metres New World First Bus announced to acquire 500 new buses for the operation of the 88 franchised bus route in Hong Kong Island in March 1998. These new buses including 42 Dennis Dart which is bodied with Plaxton Pointer II bodywork with 10.7metres in length. The Dennis Dart started to be delivered to Hong Kong in the early of August 1998 and fleeted as #2001 - #2042. The last Dart 10.7metres ( #2042 ) was being participated to the UITP exhibition in October 1998. In 21st Century, NWFB proposed to deliver the Dart back to England so as to acquire more new double-decker buses with larger capacity.
